Any GPU-accelerated video converter for Mac?

Howdy 🙂

I'm using a Macbook Pro 2017 with Radeon Pro 560. I'm looking for a video converter software that can use this discrete GPU to accelerate the conversion. I tried several softwares, even those ones that are advertised as GPU-supported, but they're able to use the Intel HD Graphics 630 only 😟. The HD Graphics 630 is good, but it's not strong enough for video conversion/transcoding. I will not think about purchasing Adobe Media Encoder since it's too expensive 😝 and its capabilities are far more beyond the need.

Do you know any software that has such ability?
