Can't Cancel Order

Hi, I tried to purchase some items online but had problems with my bank (only allowing 1 item, which is weird) I just canceled the purchase from my bank, but my order says everything is fine. And I can't cancel the order to purchase again, it says "Preparing to ship".

Can't cancel order after it stated payment delay I have order the ipad last week, but that time i get a message saying my payment is delay due to some issue, then i check whether my amount in bank was deducted, but there is not, then suddenly i receive a message my payment is approve, and parcel has been ship out, i check my balance, still nothing change, so i wondering is it possible to cancel these order, bcos i didn't receive ur further reply since after that day i purchase, reply me or call me please [Edited by Moderator]
