Can't cancel order after it stated payment delay

I have order the ipad last week, but that time i get a message saying my payment is delay due to some issue, then i check whether my amount in bank was deducted, but there is not, then suddenly i receive a message my payment is approve, and parcel has been ship out, i check my balance, still nothing change, so i wondering is it possible to cancel these order, bcos i didn't receive ur further reply since after that day i purchase, reply me or call me please

After your order transitions to “shipped”, the order cannot be cancelled; your Credit Card will likely be charged within a few days.


After you receive your order, it is then possible to return the iPad for refund.
