Each of the lines on screen mention Showtime, so it could be related to that service.
Does the Showtime app crash only, or is the Apple TV totally unresponsive after that happens?
Did you report this issue to Showtime? If their app is faulty, then they should fix that. No-one else can.
Crashing of apps shouldn’t be able to take the OS or other apps or the whole unit with it, so it is pretty scary that this happened. If an app show this screen, then that is the most unhelpful way to inform the user of any issues, like pre-release software.
Is your Apple TV out of warranty already, that the Apple Store wasn’t more helpful?
If you are running beta software then all bets are off, and you shouldn’t make reports here.
