How do I turn off keyboard trackpad on iPhone

I cannot stand this keyboard trackpad function. Please someone tell me how to disable it. The entire 3D touch idea does nothing but make my life harder but especially this. Please please tell me how to turn it off...

is there a way to just disable the trackpad? My trackpad seems to be intermittently stuck. What happens is that the mouse pointer jitters and moves up the screen. It continues to jitter at the top of the screen so my screen saver never comes on. I have an external trackball and trackpad so I don't need the built in track pad. Is there a way to simply disable it?

Third party keyboard turns off I use a third party keyboard app that I enable through settings. I generally have to enable that keyboard once a day, though it used to stay enabled without this input. Why does iOS always turn off this function?

I don't think there's any way to turn off this behavior — it's kind of wired into iOS. You just have to train yourself not to press down hard when you touch the screen.
