Proxy Authentication Required

I’m trying to connect my MacBook to a proxy server and the tab with proxy authentication required keeps popping up. I tried writing the username and password, but everytime I hit ok the tab just pops up again. Anyone has any idea on what I should do?

All Web Browsers Asking For Username Password Like Its a Proxy... No Proxy Though! I have a weird issue ya'll. I have a client who has a personal Mac on Catalina using both Chrome and Safari. The users computer all of the sudden is prompting for a username and password, sort of like it's on a Proxy, but it is now. It's her home computer and she cannot reach any sites. The HTTPS address that is prompting her is strange as well it is: https://cz1.beforrent.com:9152. I checked her Network Settings and there is no Proxy address listed it looks good, DNS, TCP/IP are all as expected, she cleared her browser cache, and her other computer can connect perfectly fine to the internet, it's just the Mac. This throws the router or ISP put of the picture. She does us an external VPN software however she says she has the issue with or without the VPN enabled. Is there something here I am blatantly missing? I mean the issue is with Safari and Chrome so my gut told me somehow a proxy server address or PAC file was added to her preferences on accident but that wasn't the case. This is urgent so any help would be appreciated!!!!!!

Cannot login to apple id from macbook settings My MacBook settings does not authenticate my apple id , even if i type in the correct credentials gives a not able to authenticate pop up. i have tried toggling the firewall settings on / off, but still shows the same message.
