why wont my music download?

ive literally tried everything to fix it ive even been in contact with apple support and havent even gotten any help. I restarted my phone, reset my network settings, deleted the app, redownloaded it, ive done all that i could to try to fix my apple music but it wont budge. I cant download music i can just "add" to my playlist and i cant even see the album covers. Its really annoying if anyone can help me please do.
