Apple tv 4k Dolby vision crash

So today I went and bought the belkin hdmi cable from the Apple store. Dolby vision still crashing to the home screen when I go in and out of the video sometimes the volume will go mute too. Apple please update the tvos 12.1 is just not cutting it. I'm not even going to watch Netflix on the aptv4k anymore I'll just use my TV app for that other wise it's a great device. Have anybody have a solid fix to this my TV is a LG b7a oled

Yeah you can rule that out mine is an lg b7a oled native 120hz supports everything. My internet speed is 300mbs. If I just leave it when watching Netflix in Dolby vision it'll be fine. Only when I stress it out by going in and out of the video repeatedly then it will crash to the homepage. It's a bug that's annoying I hope apple will fix the **** thing already

Make sure the Apple TV is setup to use the proper resolution based on what your TV supports (i.e. A lot of TV's only support DV on 30hz, if you have it set to 4K DV 60hz it would not work properly)
