Copy/Paste on Mojave Bug when using Saving As...

It happens when using the Shortcut commands CMD+C and CMD+V

If I use Edit>Copy and Edit>Paste it works fine.

Is not my keyboard, I tried many keyboards.

Copy paste works good except when I try to do the following:

Safari Browser:

• Select some text from a website and copy it using CMD+C

• Go to File>Save Page As...

• Paste the text you selected using CMD+V

• Does it paste the text that was selected?

It also happens when tryin to do a "Save Image As..."

I tried to replicate with Google Chrome and I get the same issue.

With Firefox it works fine.

Note: Ive disabled and deleted any 3rd party login apps. Tried to replicate the bug in Safe Mode and it Also doesn't work.

My Mac info:

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) Version 10.14.1

Has anyone found a fix?
