Many Black Spots in iPhone Screen

My iPhone recently got dropped a hefty distance, and got many cracks on the screen. During this fall the inside of the screen appeared to get a few black dots, which have became worse overtime.

If anyone knows any household, or cheap solutions for this, let me know.

P.S. How much would it cost to get this fixed?

Greetings, CarsonSkime!
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! That is a great question you have about the cost for repairing your iPhone and I’m happy to help! Based on your issue, it would be best to have a technician take a look at it to determine the best options for you. This can be done by going to a local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can find locations close to you by going to Apple - Find Locations. This will also give you contact information and allow you to make a reservation. You can also reach out to Apple directly by checking out this link to Contact Support and they will be able to review your options as well. Also, check out this link for additional information about iPhone Repair for more information.
Take care!
