no sound on this mac

Hello

I seem to have the speakers and headphones missing on my MacBook Pro , have only had it for 9 months

missing in settings and preferences with no option to select internal speakers, this is a major problem

MacBook Pro, iOS 10.1.1

Hi,

Resetting NVRAM could solve the issue.

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
