How to get events from POP3 account onto iCalendar

My work email is a POP3 account and everyone in my company sends and receives event invites on their iCalendar using this account. How do they do it?! I can't figure out how to add this work calendar to my iCalendar.

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you want to use your work account in the Calendar app on your MacBook Air. To help with this, make sure your work account is turned on for Calendar and here is more about the Calendar app:
