Every since the Mojave update I now have my facebook birthdays linked to iCal. I went to preferences everywhere: IOS devices and desktop. Can't turn off just Facebook birthdays without deleting birthdays also from my address book. Went to settings in Address book, contacts, calendars, accounts, etc etc.
I also just realized that now all Facebook contacts are in my contact book. HELP!

I talked to support and I went to iCloud site/contacts/then reloaded with an archived copy from 2 days before. That fixed it. Not even sure how it happened. But I couldn’t manually delete over 1500 Facebook contacts.
Help! I now have over 5000 contacts as Facebook has synced to my iCloud account. Is there anyway I can delete these without losing my original lists? I have no back up.
