Automatic "Find Friends" notification

Hello,

I accidentally managed to set up my Find Friends app to automatically notify my friend when I leave a certain place. The problem is I cannot find it anywhere in the app, thus cannot turn it off. It randomly gives them notifications of me leaving that place even though I had left it hours earlier and it is very inconvenient and annoying. Does somebody know how to fix this issue? Is there any way to reset the Find Friends app's settings as if I never shared location with anyone to prevent it from happening again?
