New iPad Pro just loses connectivity to internet/WiFi for no obvious reasons many times a day - all other wireless devices on the same WLAN function correctly while I have an issue - what’s up with that?
iPad Pro 11-inch, Wi-Fi, iOS 12.1
I have this same issue but only with a USB-C to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter plugged in. The Wi-Fi stops working randomly once or twice a day only when this adapter is plugged in. If you also have this adapter plugged in, there is a workaround that has worked for me the last two times this happened. If not, you have a different issue than mine.
My replacement iPad Pro 11 has the same issues as the first one did.

Apple had had previous problems with dual band routers. By any chance does everyone have dual band routers?
I have an AMPLIFI router and I believe it’s a dual band.
Go in touch with Apple support and got the problem escalated. Engineering is supposed to be looking at it. I also asked them to look at this discussion group
Just spent 4 hours on a meeting and no WiFi drops. I did recently update my iPad to the latest software (last week?). Maybe Oracle has fixed the issue?

My iPad Pro dropped its WiFi connection twice over this weekend. I wasn’t even on a meeting. Back to square one.
it appears that the issue may have been fixed with the latest iOS update. Anyone still having problems?
I had it happen this morning, but did not realize that 12.2 was just released. I have reset my iPad Pro and am testing with a nearly clean device. I will try that first before updating to 12.2.
Keeping my fingers crossed, but the WIFI connections seems to be stable after the 12.2 update.
It looks like the last update fixed it.
