Double pay

Earlier this month, 11/2/2018 to be exact, i paid my Apple Music subscription for the month. I had to reset my password, but its asking me to pay my apple music subscription again. Why does this happen? A lot of times i could be doing something and it will try to charge me $4.99 for something. What is up with that?
