Visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them assess the damage and advise you how to proceed.
This is the new iPad and it does not have a home button. I want to screen print on the fly, not have to go to another screen.
While getting it fixed is very important, and I agree should be done regardless, however there is a way to screen print without it.
Go to Settings->General->Accessibility->Assistive Touch and turn it on.
It will add a virtual home button to your screen. You can tap on it and navigate to Device->More, and there will be a screen shot button there. Tap it to take a screenshot. The Assistive touch home button will disappear and the screen shot will be taken.
Ohh, sorry yes, Missed the Pro part. On the newest iPads and iPhones without the Home Button, you use the volume up button instead.
