In the content and privacy restrictions, you can disable system changes to prevent that so long as they don't know the screen time passcode.
There is nothing currently to prevent this. Send feedback to Product Feedback - Apple. They really need an option prevent this from happening. Either that or make it so the time limit doesn't reset just by changing the date.
There isn’t a way to prevent it yet. Submit feedback. The more people that submit feedback the more likely you’ll see a fix sooner than later.
There is nothing here to prevent them from changing the date and time settings of the device. Therefore if I let them have 2 hours of screen time and the want to override this all they do is go to settings and change the day to tomorrow which gives them and additional 2 hours
I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE!! It’s driving me
Crazy!!! Any updates on how to resolve this ?!!!
Thank you. I have left feedback 🏼
I have never used this so I don't know if it has what you need:
Use Restrictions on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - https://support.apple.com/HT201304 - "You can use Restrictions, also known as parental controls, to block or limit specific apps and features on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, including access to explicit content in the iTunes Store."
