I recently purchased Runescape Old School through the App Store and prepaid for three months. All was well until today when I could not log in to the game. My account is not directly with the game vendor so I suppose I need help from Game Center but don't know how/whom to contact.

Thank you for the information, I appreciate it. None of those suggestions got me anywhere, unfortunately. I am in an endless loop and unable to find a solution or even someone to talk to about it. If I can't get it resolved, I suppose I will have to cancel the game subscription, if that is even possible.
