Is it possible to copy/paste a Siri answer to another app. For example, I would like to find an easier way to copy the answer in the photo provided into a pages document I’m working on.

Yes, this turns out to be a possible solution. After spending much time learning how to make a shortcut and make a rudimentary spelling copy/paste, it can work. But it is FAR too clunky. My productivity gets interrupted already to have to look up a spelling when autocorrect can’t do it, the shortcuts just add a lot of hastle over a simple press and hold copy/paste operation.
It sounds like you’ve already invested the time to learn the shortcut. Creating, implementing and using it should take trivial time by comparison.
