can't find Location Services on my new iMac

I want to change the date and time on my new iMac running High Sierra (10.13.6) but I can't find Location Services. Any advice?

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017), macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

Have you tried: System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy tab > Location Services?

The Date & Time is under System Preferences > Date & Time.

Just to add, your location would be set in System Preferences > Language & Region.
