im on iPhone 8 and I dont have filters on my cam or Animoji or Memojiz help running iOS 12 help

It's because an iPhone 8 isn't an iPhone X or newer : Use Animoji on your iPhone X and iPad Pro - Apple Support and Use Memoji on your iPhone X or iPad Pro - Apple Support
