“No audio device” message on iPhone 7 Plus after latest update

i am currently unable to use my mic whatsoever. My video will not record sound, I cannot make calls, my voice memo doesn’t work, and Siri cannot hear me.

This happened after the latest update (12.1) and I’m getting very frustrated. During calls, I can’t hear the other person, and they cannot hear me.

I have already reset my network connections, and done everything aside from doing a full reset on my phone.

Hopefully I am not alone, and someone else has found a work-around?
