iPhone 7 + no microphone during calls or video

Hello,

I have an iPhone 7 + and recently installed the latest update. It appears around that time it has also either 1. ruined my microphones or 2. my software is no longer working with the current iphone model I have.

When I'm on a phone call, I cannot hear the other party and they cannot hear me. My speaker option is grayed out and the only way I can make a phone call is through my truck's bluetooth. I have no audio on snapchat, camera videos, nothing. I can play music just fine but it seems that all of the microphones, are faulty.

Anyone else having issues?
