I updated my fcpx to 10.4.4 and the Color finale plugin is not working, this is the error shows

iMac Pro, macOS Mojave (10.14)
1)Close Final Cut Pro X
2)Run Color Finale from the main /Applications folder
3)Go to ColorFinale menu then down to 'Check for Updates...
4)Run update
5)Install and relaunch Color Finale
6)Restart Final Cut Pro X
That should fix the problem. I looked here because it just happened to me now.
I emailed them already...
Does this mean I will not be able to use Color Finale 1.9.1 with my system ? What is the alternative ? Do go back to a previous version of Color Finale ?

Yes. You probably have it.
Just update color finale. A week after the fcp x update they updated cf to a metal2 renderer which works with the new fcp x.
It works for me. The only change i saw is that the saturation sliders in the 6 vectors are much more sensitive. It’s a good thing but requires decreasing it to get the same result
They gave me a different version and it works now. Had to delete rendered files first
What’s your system?
Previous versions of CF won’t work with 10.4.4.
