Disable auto play for DVD Player?

Hello,

Every time I insert a DVD into my external BD drive it begins to auto play using DVD player, which I do not want to happen. I've looked in the CD/DVD system preferences and have everything set to "Ignore", yet it still opens. I've looked in the DVD Player app (both with and without a disc in the drive) to see if I can find settings or preferences to change the behavior, but I don't see anything. How can I fix this???
