Disk Utility Not Repairing

I receive the following message when I run "First Aid" on "MacIntoshHD" on my MacBook Air running Mojave OS in the Disk Utility:

"Checking the fsroot tree.

warning: inode_val: object (oid 0x145610): invalid bsd_flags (0x10)

error: btn: invalid btn_btree.bt_key_count (expected 4248853, actual 4248910)

fsroot tree is invalid.

The volume /dev/rdisk1s1 could not be verified completely.

File system check exit code is 0.

Restoring the original state found as mounted."

I receive the same message when I run the Disk Utility in "Repair Mode' (CNTRL-R). While I haven't noticed any effect on application performance yet this problem concerns me. Is my only option at this point to erase the hard disk and reinstall Mojave OS or is there a less intrusive alternative?

DiskWarrior does one thing only but is know for being able to repair drives Disk Utility can't. It is a bit costly though for something that only works in a single scenario.

This is a soft error that can be fixed but not by Disk Utility. I'm not sure why it happens nor why Disk Utility is unable to fix it. Be sure you run Disk Utility from the Recovery HD. Disk Utility cannot perform any repairs, otherwise.

Reformatting the drive appears to be the only solution as far as I am aware. Disk Warrior can repair these problems on HFS+ volumes, but I do believe it is not able to fix APFS formatted volumes.
