The Firefox icon on my dock has changed to a strange one. How to revert to usual one?
I've already discarded this one into the bin, and dragged the normal icon from the Applications folder into the dock. Every time this weird icon is inserted instead of the official Firefox one. I don't get it...

Is the Firefox icon normal in the Applications folder? If so, try removing the one in the Dock then open Firefox by dbl-clicking it's icon. If it looks normal in the Dock, right/control click its Dock icon and choose "Options > Keep In Dock" from the contextual menu.
You could try deleting ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist and restarting the Dock by typing "killall Dock" (without quotes) in the Terminal.
Thanks, but I don't know much (at all, actually...) about Terminal.
You mean I need to just open Terminal and type "killall Dock" (without quotes)? Will this remove all icons on the dock, and no do anything else?

Everytime I bring the Firefox icon on the dock, it transform to the strange one I've showed in my first message.

It sets the Dock to its defaults in case it's corrupt. So if you added other icons you would have to re-add them.
I should add, you have to hit return after typing in "killall Dock".
