Problems playing Itunes on Airport Speakers with Windows 10

I have a PC with Windows 10 ITunes 12.9.1.4 Airport Utility and for Aiport Express Units first series. Since I updated my ITunes to 12.9.1.4 on November 11 2018 ITunes will not play music on my speakers. Airport Utility recognises my speakers (Airport Express units) so does ITunes The Speaker Icon on ITunes recognises the speakers and appears to activate but when I play music I get a message eg Connection to Speakers XYZ but it never connects an in time disconnects. What can I do?

After days of struggle a friend has solved all my problems. The problem for both my speaker network problems and my problem with my Apple Remote app not gaining access to the my ITunes Library was the same. Windows WLAN network settings must be "private" not "open" To check open the "settings" button. Select "Network and Internet select Status (the Network and internet page normally opens at Status. The current WLAN network will show and directla underneath the word "Private" must appear. If not Select Network setting directly underneath and of the two profile options activate "private". Than you for your concern.

More I have uninstalled Airport Utilities and reinstalled it. Airport Express units are automatically updated by Airport Utilities. I have done the same with ITunes. Currently I have ITunes 12.9.1.4 Windows 1o, Airport Express 7.6.9 and Airport Utilities 5.6.1. Interestingly and frustratingly I have downloaded the Apple Remote app on to my IPhone & and that does not work either. Remote and ITunes and the remote app recognise each other but I cannot access my ITunes Mediathek remotely from my IPhone. I have also restarted my router and my computer. I am at a loss.
