Safely delete "Install MACOS Mojave" from launchpad?

During the download of MACOS Mojave from Istore, it was completed in two parts due to faulty network connection.

I now have a (pop-up quote) "Damaged copy of Install macOS Mojave". Thus, can't install Mojave, nor download a new copy. How can I safely delete the present "damaged copy" of the installation program from my launchpad.
