I am trying to export a video on final cut pro x but it keeps saying error 41562, I was informed that I should switch my drive from Fat32 to exFat but I do not know how to do this without losing the video that I am attempting to export. Please help me!

The problem is with the drive you are trying to export to. Is this a thumb drive? An external drive?
FAT32 does not allow files bigger than 4GB, and that is the reason your export is failing.
You need to copy the contents of the destination drive somewhere else and erase the drive in Disk Utility, choosing ExFAT, if you want this drive to allow big files and be usable in both mac and pc without issue.
