stuck track volume automation in pre-roll

I am using Logic Pro X 10.2.4. I have a stuck track volume automation point in the pre-roll to the track. I cannot select it, move it, change the volume or effect in any way.

How do I get rid of the little devil? I want to start the automation muted, not at 0.0db.

Screen shot below. The +0.0 point is BEFORE the track starts.

Thanks!

Pete

So where is your project start? At 1 1 1 1? If it is, just bring the project start point back to 0 1 1 1 or even -1 1 1 1, then remove the 0.0 automation point by sweeping the ∞ automation point over it; then change the start point back to where it was.
You could also try to open the automation event list (it's a "secret" command: ctrl-cmd-E) and selecting and deleting them there - maybe you won't even need to move the start point for that.
