iPhone Xr not allowing calls to be picked up

My iPhone Xr is not allowing calls to be picked up. I am unable to slide or press the green pick up button. Everything else works, just pick up appears frozen.

iPhone11 drops calls and cannot make calls It’s getting worse. My iPhone11 regularly drops calls and often cannot even make a call. It just won’t connect. It’s very frustrating in that there is no pattern. What do I do?
