What exactly is the IP rating for Apple Watch Series 4

I love my series 4, wear it every chance I have except at work. My workplace could involve a lot of dirt and dust so I just don't wear it even with case and screen protector on (using Seiaol Shock Proof Protective Rugged Case Scratch Resistant Bumper Protective Case, LK Screen Protector for Apple Watch). this results somewhere around 9 hours a day the watch is not tracking my body. Could someone on the Apple Support team tell me if I can wear it in those environments? I would really love to have it on fo all day. please advise.
