I am missing folders in my mail boxes, like trash, draft etc. How do I get them to display?

When setting up an email account, some of the default directory folders are not available or are hidden. How do I add trash back, or draft folder back to an account?

iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 12

When setting up a New account, only the Inbox directory will be displayed. Once you use another Directory folder like a delete or a save to draft...those folders will then appear in the selectable directory structure.
