iCloud full with docs files I do not know

My iCloud storage shows up as full. Have no backups and etc. I have max 100MB used! Tried to turn off all app, reset and erase all settings and data. I'm not using iCloud or Drive. Also can't get support from apple 😟.


I tried a lot, but no success 😟.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12.1, iCloud storage uses 5.48GB
