Iphone 6s Plus - Battery dying quick, half the performance at around 75% but full capacity

My iphone 6s plus' battery dies really quick and the lower the battery the lower the performance. Look at the benchmark screenshots and look at the battery percentage with the charging and without. Also one night i didnt charge it and it was at 97% but when i woke up it was at 11%
