cant restore my previous purchase

Apple ID of the in-app purchase: ***

I have bought "Private Password Manager Vault - Fingerprint Lock Passcode.s & Protect Account Login Contact.s Secure Wallet Apps, Upgrade to Pro Version" at that time and now I changed my iPhone (Xs) but I cant restore my purchase?!

Message: I emailed the developer twice but I received no reply yet.

My Oredr No: MK***XVB

Document No.: ***

Why I cant restore this purchase in my new iPhone???

Keeping in mind that apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID that was used to download/install them, if you changed your Apple ID in your new XS, that's the reason why you don't have those apps.

Should be this case, you need to delete those apps then re-download them using the new Apple ID.


Shouldn't be this case, contact iTunes Store Support explaining your problem. Fill out and send them this form:

iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support
