Can't log into app store or itunes even after full reset

hi there

i have iphone 7 plus and the app store suddenly started giving me an error of '' Cannot connect to App Store'' . i went online and saw few methods to resolve this, so i tried them all but nothing has helped me so far. its been a few days so i got upset and did a whole reset of my phone including settings and erased all data. but to my surprise the problem is still the same.

Now i cant even see myself logging into app store as i hit '' Sign In '' button , it turns grey for a few seconds and then turns blue again.

these are the steps i have tried so far.

1. Log out and sign in again

2. checking for date and region and setting it automatically

3. Restarting with Hard Reset

4. Trying to reset the app store

5. Changing my password and updating account info on icloud

6. Resetting my Network settings

7. Factory reset and restoring my phone from a backup on my PC


P.S. My IOS is fully updated.

Now i cant log into app store, itunes or even ibooks.User uploaded file

plz give me something to go on as right now i have got a NOKIA 3310 in shape of an iphone in my hand.

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I understand you're unable to sign in using your Apple ID.

You've done some great troubleshooting so far. I see in your screenshots that you're on a Wi-Fi network. By any chance, if you disconnect from Wi-Fi and try it on cellular data, does that make a difference?

Are you able to successfully sign in to the iTunes Store using iTunes on your PC?

You mentioned you've restored your iPhone using your PC. Before restoring your backup, did you happen to test it while the device was set up as new? If not, that would be a great step to try. Here's How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch , if you need to make a more current backup, and then Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings .

Testing while it's set up as new would help to rule out the possibility that the issue is coming from the software side of things.
