Every time I click the app, it comes up but disappears before I can interact with it . It seems to not crash but just go to background.. if I try to make it the active windows it simply disappears again. I’m on iphoneX and I have deleted and reinstalled to no avail. Any ideas?

Thanks someone on Reddit I have the solution. Go to Settings > Language and Region and set it to English(US) vs simply English.... I ran into a problem with a ring app that I bet this was the root issue of as well ....
shortcuts app keeps closing before i can interact with it... help?
