Apple TV 4 generation, not 4K, Pixels moe obvious

I am updating my system. I connected my apple tv 4 directly to the tv, 2011 LG Smart Tv. I am using high end 4k hdmi cables

when watching tv the picture is great but when watchin Netflix, it seems that the pixels are often visable creating an unsmooth picture performance

Is there anything I can do? Prime TV played thru the new 4k Roku is great

It just seems the picture using apple tv is disappointing

maybe there is a better way to connect

Netflix picture quality will degrade when the connection fluctuates and that comes down to the network.

Check current connection via speedtest

Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings-network)

If on wifi try Ethernet

Test on another network

FYI: 4K cables are not necessary if you’re only using the 4th Gen, which outputs 1080P
