How can i update my apps?

Hi everyone. I’ve recently been strugling with a problem on my iphone and have tried a lot to handle it. I can not update my apps on app store, i can download anything though. It wants me to type my password and when i write it, it says my iphone has been locked for security reasons and switches me to settings to unlock it. I’ve reset my password but it still doesn’t unlock my iphone. The Weird thing for me is that it does download things while it does not update anything!!!

Could anyone help on this please??
