IPhone 8 plus

My IPhone 8 plus will not update apps. It keeps taking me to Apple ID make new password. I took my phone to Best Buy today and they tried to reset the password and update the apps. They couldn't get it to work. They tried several different ways with no results. They said my phone could have a internal problem. We have changed the password and lets me do some things but won't update my apps. My apps are locked on screen. Please help!

Try a restart.




Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch




Try a forced restart.




Reset Device


contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
