My friend forgot the password for Apple ID and he knows only answer to one security question. How can he get access to his Apple ID?
Unfortunately the email linked to this Apple ID was iCloud.com. Now he doesn't have access to both Apple ID and iCloud. Could someone help us with this matter?

First method , here Apple ID id address is say example1@icloud.com
Change Apple ID password using find my iPhone .
On you iOS device , click on home . Scroll to next page > click on extras > you will find find my iPhone click on it , enter your Apple ID only , click on forgot Apple ID or password , click on next.
Reset options - choose how would you like to reset your password ( a )
Click on reset through mail and click on ok .
Then open your mail with web browser ( server account ) , open mail > click on reset password > two fields will be shown .
( a ) new password …..
( b ) verify password ….
Enter the credentials , and click on reset password , the password is changed .
If you click on - answer security questions - click on the right arrow .
Date of birth , verify your date of birth to continue > fill up the credentials > click on next and same pop up window will appear .
New password ….
Verify password ….
Fill up the credentials and click on reset password , the password is changed .
Second method .
Go to iforgot.apple.com see some screen shots and enter the credentials step by step .
Check the box of reset password .
Click on forgot password ?
If you check the box of get an email , and click on continue a mail will be sent on the rescue mail account , open that account ( with its mail address and password ) , click on reset password link and type new password , verify it and click on continue to get saved .
If you had checked the box of answer security questions and click on continue , it will prompt to enter date / month/ year enter it .
click on continue , enter one answer for security question , in the same way enter new password , verify it and click on continue to get it saved .
An addition to my post to change the password , you must have at leat two answers for security questions .
