If you are seeing the error that your account has been disabled in the App Store and in iTunes, it looks like you will need to Contact Apple Support according to this article: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’

My iPhone was originally used by my brother in UK with his ID and the payment method was of UK as well. Since he has given me the phone, I opened my own Apple ID but did not change the country and payment method commensurate with Bangladesh, I now fail to update the apps like whats app, messenger, imo, Viver etc. can you help resolving the issues.
