Apple TV activation

I can't activate my Apple TV.

Tried several times to activate it with my Apple ID it doesn't work.

I doesn't accept my Apple ID.

I made an general reset to the router and to my Apple TV nothing help

Apple TV 2 Activation Failure I have an Apple TV 2 and have read a few threads and have tried most/all of the options: Reset, Restore, Unplugged all cables, reset modem, made sure iTunes payment option was valid. The iTunes app sees the Apple TV fine & the Apple TV configurator as well...although the latter stopped short of doing a full restore, and believe it's because the Apple TV 2 is not supported in the Configurator? At any rate, is there a remedy to get the Apple TV 2 past the "Activation failed" error?

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

It can be different for the 2nd and 3rd generation, compared to the 4th and 5th generation. The 1st generation can’t connect to the iTunes Store anymore at all.
