iTunes won't stream Apple Music (Windows 10)

I am trying to play music from both the For You and Radio sections. When I try to start playing the music, the timer just stays at 0:00. It looks like this:

No matter what, the song does not begin to play. I've dealt with Apple support and they can't tell me anything. Microsoft does the same.

Has anyone encountered this? Found a fix?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes a few times already and that did nothing. Would love to finally resolve this.

I've been having the SAME problem for over a month. There's some error that stops the popup for the Apple Music subscription service from popping up, which is the only way I've ever been able to access my Apple Music stuff on my Windows 10 computer.

Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help, only going through the app settings on my phone, then again through iTunes has it worked, and only sporadically. It's not worth using iTunes on Windows 10 anymore due to this massive error issue.
