what is the little house icon on my imac

I'm trying to figure out what the difference is between the little house icon with my name and the Debbie's Mac. Also when I do a time machine backup, does it back up everything in the little house icon?

iMac, macOS Mojave (10.14.1)

The Finder house icon symbology is your home directory on the boot drive. If you have the Finder Preferences : General configured so that New Finder windows show: <house icon> Your short name, then any time you launch a new Finder window, it will open on your home directory.

Debbie's Mac is the name of your Mac which is located in System Preferences : Sharing. If you are using Time Machine for regular backups to an external drive, then these backups are stored by computer name, and in your case, that would be Debbie's Mac.
