You have posted your issue on a user to user forum........we are all users here.....just like you. No one from Apple will acknowledge your post or answer your post unless you contact them directly. Click on the Contact Support link at the upper right of this web page.

Before the 7.6.9 firmware iHad NO PROBLEM.

Then, have you thought about rolling back the firmware to 7.6.8 or to whichever version you were using before 7.6.9?

It is unfortunate that Apple has not been able to help you, but as users just like you, we have no control over Apple. It won't do any good to whine about things here, other than possibly make you feel better.

No guarantees that this will help, but to rollback the firmware on the AirPort Express, or any other AirPort.......

Open AirPort Utility on your Mac (Finder > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility)

Click on the picture of the AirPort Express

Hold down the option key on your Mac while you click on the version number of the firmware (7.6.9)

A drop down menu will appear to allow you to select any previous version of firmware that has been installed

Select the firmware that you want to use

Click Update
