See all photos in a folder and subfolders instead of just the folders or sub-albums
Hey everyone,
I have looked just about everywhere for this answer, but seem to be striking out.
This is similar but not really my issue / question. Albums within Folder
Situation:
Folder 1
Folder 2
Album A
Folder 3
Album B
Album 1
I want to be able to click on Folder 1 and see all the photos (ideally sorted in date order) for the entire Folder 1 structure (including subfolders, etc.). Basically like Aperture used to do or like Lightroom can do now. I'm in the process of moving from LR to Photos and can't figure out how to see the top level group.
The situation in real life is a like a trip - I have folders and albums for different parts of the trip or different experiences that happen, but I can't figure out an easy way to see the entire trip in one look. I would rather not create a smart album (which would have to add each folder to the search manually) or have to drag all the photos manually into a specific album.
I hope I just missing something easy or some setting? If not - I'm happy to put in a feature request or look at tool like Power Photos if it is possible there.
Thanks for any feedback!
